ABOUT Daniel Celauro

Daniel Celauro was born in Venezuela in 1984. At a very young age, he acquired a passion for fine dining and cooking, and it was in his home he took his first steps as a cook. Like in every Italian family, his father always emphasized the importance of the country’s culture in Daniel’s upbringing and the Italian way to make everything from scratch in the kitchen, a staple in his cooking. He graduated from Centro Venezolano de Capacitación Gastronómica (CVCG) and has over 12 years of experience in the field.
